Kumar’s journey towards chartership has been shaped by years of experience, continuous learning, and hands-on involvement in complex engineering projects. He described achieving chartered status as one of his most monumental accomplishments to date, something he has been working towards for a considerable time.
Importantly, Kumar credits much of his success to the environment and opportunities provided at Pennine. Through his involvement in a diverse range of projects, including heat recovery systems, air chillers, and other advanced refrigeration solutions, he has been able to build a strong foundation of both theoretical understanding and practical application.
These projects have enhanced his technical design capabilities but also deepened his knowledge of energy efficiency, an increasingly critical area in modern engineering.
